Awakening the body is the process of bringing awareness through the practice of Hatha Yoga Flow, Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, and the Philosophy of Life. Our body is one of the greatest instruments, bringing information from the world so that we can live, enjoy, and experience happiness. Excessive thinking and mental interference can disturb the body’s natural healing intelligence. Ancient yoga practices help restore the body’s innate ability to heal itself—recharging vitality, calming the mind, and allowing energy (prana) to flow freely.
