In this training you’ll learn practical, easy-to-apply breathing techniques that restore natural, healthy breathing. Once mastered, you’ll experience fewer gut problems, greater emotional balance, increased vitality, and a calmer, more approachable presence. Family, friends, and colleagues will notice you are more centered and grounded.

We will begin by relearning the natural, basic breathing pattern we’re born with. Building on that foundation, you’ll progress to deeper, more effective breathing techniques for trauma release and achieving a calm, focused mind. This training guides you step‑by‑step with clear instruction and gentle exercises so you can restore healthy breathing, reduce stress, and increase emotional balance.

Yoga teacher & Spiritual Guru - Akhilesh Bodhi

Akhilesh Bodhi, the founder of Mahamukti Yoga, is a yoga instructor, Reiki master, and spiritual mentor with over 22 years of teaching experience. His journey in yoga began with a deep passion for ancient yogic traditions, which he has combined with modern practices to create a comprehensive approach to teaching.

Akhilesh’s teachings focus on integrating Hatha, Ashtanga, and Raja Yoga to help students achieve balance, mindfulness, and self-awareness. His global teaching experience, from Bali to Europe and the United States, reflects his dedication to spreading the transformative power of yoga to diverse communities.
