- A 100-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) course offers a comprehensive introduction to yoga philosophy, asanas, and teaching techniques.

- Upon completion, graduates receive a certification to teach yoga, which can also be credited towards a 200-hour YTT in the future.
