Yoga Nidra, often referred to as “yogic sleep” or “psychic sleep,” is a deep relaxation technique that guides practitioners into a state of conscious awareness while the body experiences profound relaxation. Yoga nidra or yogic sleep in modern usage is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, typically induced by a guided meditation. Yogic sleep brings us to a state of deep relaxation, verging on sleep, where our senses, intellect, and mind can completely let go and rest. In this dreamless sleep, we are free from the concepts of time, space, and reason. When this happens, brain activity reduces and the body goes into a healing state, removing toxins at a cellular level and refreshing the mind.

What is Yoga Nidra or Psychic sleep ?
Guided Meditation : Yoga Nidra is a yogic terms for deep relaxation moving through different levels of your consciousness to connect to the source of Energy. Thus we teach you to connect with ultimate source of energy to heal the body and Brain. Guideing you through various stages of relaxation and awareness. It’s usually done lying down, which makes it accessible for most people.
States of Consciousness : Unlike regular sleep, where you’re unconscious, Yoga Nidra aims to take you into a state between wakefulness and sleep. This state allows for deep mental relaxation and increased awareness.
Systematic Relaxation : The practice involves systematically relaxing different parts of the body, often accompanied by visualisation and breathing techniques.

More About The Retreat
- 7.00 to 7.30 am – Meditation
- 7.30 to 9.00 am – Yoga Asana
- 9.00 to 9.30 am – Breath Work
- 9.30 to 11.00 am – B. fast
- 11.30 to 12.30 – Concept of Psychic sleep. Goal achievements
- 01.00 – 3.30 pm – Lunch and self time
- 4.00 to 5.30 pm – Tantra Meditation / creative force / Dormant energy
- 6.30 to 7.30 pm – Dinner
- Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited in the school.
- Be present in the class 5 minutes before
- Respect teachers and other fellow students.
- During Tantra Yoga Retreat no outsider are allowed to stay in the center
- So any friends or relatives will not be included in the room.
- Student have to present in all scheduled program of Bali Yoga Retreat.
- An advance of a course fees will not be refundable.
- After arrival if you are unable to join retreat you may not get the refund.
